Ashton Bossr - Managing Director
Ashton holds a certificate in HR Management and has completed his National Diploma in Customer Management in 2005.
Ashton gained strong experience in the marketing field under the guidance of National Marketing body, Marketing Federation of South Africa (MFSA). During his employment at Metropolitan Ashton completed many in-house programmes which showed his commitment and dedication to excel in the business field.
Ashton passion and skills lies in dealing with people on a daily basis, ensuring that clients receive the best human resource solution. His insight and background has added a different dimension to an already experienced outfit like HR Outsource.
Ashton's day to day functions for HR Outsource are
assisting the organisation in strategising and
navigating the organisation in the development
of new Products and service offerings.
Dudu
Hlatshwayo
Dudu has a solid management consulting background having worked as a Partner at Ernst & Young, Standard Bank/Andisa Capital, ABSA Bank, Transnet and Telkom.
She has skills in Corporate Finance, Organisational Design, Corporate Strategy and Business Planning, Marketing and Communications, Program and Project Management. Additionally she has acquired skills in workshop facilitation, facilitation of team discussions and managing group dynamics. Her career has been almost equally distributed between the Private and Public Sectors.
In the Public Sector, she worked on projects for the department of Public Enterprises, National Treasury, Telkom and Transnet (and all its divisions). In the Private Sector, she has worked for Major Banks such as ABSA, and Andisa Capital
